Slowly braised pork shank with a blend of Thai whole spices accompanied with spicy aromatic sauce on the side sachet (nam jim ta lae). Pork leg stew best served on rice - coined in Thai khao kha moo, is the quintessential Thai street food. A very popular dish that you find on the streets of Thailand. A family favourite that kids love because it’s not spicy and it’s got that salty-sweet flavour kids love.
Serving suggestion boiled eggs and some pickles, great comfort food.
Defrost and cook on low to medium heat on the hob for 20-30 mins until piping hot.
